Crypto Engineering Manager

We are seeking a seasoned engineering leader to drive the development of our cryptocurrency investment research platform.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing diverse teams, overseeing multiple projects, and formulating strategies. They should possess excellent communication skills, a working knowledge of engineering disciplines, and risk management aptitude.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the product roadmap and strategy
  • Supervise multiple teams of engineers, data scientists, and QA testers
  • Plan and execute project strategies, coordinating with stakeholders and researching new designs and products
  • Identify training and talent development needs for the team
Requirements:
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Google Cloud Architect certification
  • Experience with Design Thinking/Product Management methodologies
  • Familiarity with code review tools like Sonarqube or similar
  • Experience with feature management tools like LaunchDarkly or Split
  • Master's degree in engineering management, technical management, or business administration
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering
  • Extensive engineering experience and proven supervisory skills
