This position is designed for professionals with a strong background in marketing, preferably within real estate, construction, or related industries. The ideal candidate will possess excellent copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills, as well as an analytical mindset to assess data and ROI.

Responsibilities will include creating engaging content across social media platforms, developing and executing campaigns highlighting real estate projects and company milestones, and generating weekly and monthly marketing reports. Collaboration with acquisitions, sales, and construction teams is also essential to design targeted campaigns that drive qualified leads.

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within real estate, construction, or related industries.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of social media platforms, analytics, and digital marketing trends. Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar design tools. Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills. Analytical mindset to assess data and ROI.

The successful candidate will have a creative, results-driven, detail-oriented, and multitasking approach, with strong collaboration and organizational skills. A focus on innovative solutions that drive exceptional outsourcing services is also essential.

Work location must be in Colombia – Remote. Environment: Colombian and International Teams. Language: Advanced English (B2/C1+). Timezone: Monday to Friday – 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST. Contract: Non-fixed Term Colombian Contract.

Requirements
