Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Senior Backend Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our AI infrastructure, you will play a critical role in ensuring the scalability and efficiency of our systems.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement high-quality backend systems using Python and GCP
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy scalable applications on Kubernetes
  • Optimize system performance, latency, and cost-effectiveness for text-to-speech services
  • Work closely with the AI research team to integrate cutting-edge NLP and TTS models into production
  • Contribute to the development of innovative features and technologies to stay ahead of industry trends

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in backend development with a focus on scalability and performance
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing, containerization, and orchestration
  • Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, and GCP (or AWS/Azure)
  • Experience with Python 3.x and relevant libraries/frameworks (e.g., Flask, Django)
