Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Backend Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will design and build robust backend software solutions, ensuring high standards of quality and performance.

  • Design and implement scalable, secure, and highly performant software systems.
  • Collaborate with others, conduct code reviews, and foster technical excellence.
  • Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions for rapid, reliable deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design, build, deploy, and maintain robust backend software solutions.
  2. Own the full software development lifecycle, ensuring high standards of quality and performance.
  3. Collaborate with others, conduct code reviews, and foster technical excellence.
  4. Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions for rapid, reliable deployments.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7+ years experience in software engineering with a strong backend development focus.
  • Proven experience with infrastructure and DevOps, including CI/CD, automation, and monitoring.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS, Docker, Terraform, and GitHub Actions.
  • Experience configuring and maintaining monitoring systems using CloudWatch, Sentry, and Jira Service Management.
  • Strong understanding of IAM permissions, application architecture, cloud infrastructure, and platform security.
