Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Java Developer to join our team as a Software Engineering Leader. This is an outstanding opportunity for a skilled professional to take on a leadership role and drive innovation in software development.

About the Role: As a Java Developer at Nityo Infotech, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop strategic solutions that drive growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • • Design and develop software applications using Java and related technologies• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope• Develop and maintain high-quality code that meets industry standards• Troubleshoot and debug issues in a timely and efficient manner• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of coding standards• Lead and mentor junior developers to ensure knowledge sharing and skill development• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • • At least 5 years of experience in software development with a focus on Java• Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions• Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and agile methodologies• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve goals• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
