Strategic Quality Assurance Leader

This role is centered around leading and managing the entire internal quality assurance process. The right candidate will oversee multiple projects, teams, and initiatives to drive collaboration, quality, and delivery.
The position involves managing cross-functional projects with diverse stakeholders, requiring excellent organizational and communication skills. A background in quality assurance, test automation, or engineering is essential for success in this position.
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge and experience working in a SaaS or tech environment. Experience using AI tools to streamline workflow and task management is highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and track internal QA projects and initiatives across multiple teams.
- Coordinate and drive execution for cross-team initiatives that require tight collaboration.
- Work closely with the QA management team to gather updates, escalate risks, and remove blockers.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in program/project management, preferably in a QA or engineering environment.
- Background in QA, test automation, or engineering.
- Experience working in a SaaS or tech company.
