Assistant Housekeeping Director

In this role, you will assist the Housekeeping Manager in overseeing the daily operations of housekeeping functions, including guest rooms, public areas, and non-kitchen back-of-house spaces.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing effective housekeeping strategies
- Leading and training housekeeping team leaders and attendants
- Managing departmental supplies and equipment
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role at a luxury hotel
- Strong understanding of hotel operations and housekeeping procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
