Key Responsibilities:
  • Filing NTC permit applications and monitoring their status.
  • Preparing and submitting operational reports.
  • Providing NTC and shipment status reports to stakeholders and vendors.
  • Coordinating Bluetooth registration for devices.
  • Submitting RFPs to finance for registration, duties, and brokers' billing invoices.
  • Validating and reviewing submitted broker's billing invoices.
  • Consolidating reports from brokers and preparing management reports.
  • Managing documentations for inbound operations.
  • Processing cargo marine insurance applications.
  • Maintaining accuracy of inbound database systems.
  • Ensuring compliance with SARBOX audit and tax regulations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient in SAP and MS Office applications.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Good human relations and quality-oriented mindset.
