About Project Manager Role

This is a long-term, fully-remote position that requires exceptional communicators with experience in data operations, data science, or AI research.

We're seeking a talented individual to oversee complex projects from inception to completion with systematic and analytical problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and understand customer business goals & needs.
  • Set up, oversee and coordinate project execution to its successful completion.
  • Communicate transparently with peers and stakeholders regarding progress, challenges, and blockers.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and growth of customer accounts.
  • Meet the set Project Manager evaluation criteria.
  • Engage in community activities & required meetings.
Requirements:
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Customer-facing communication skills
  • 3+ years of project management experience
  • Familiarity with excel/spreadsheet functions and data analysis
  • Ideal background in computer science or technical field
  • Availability during Pacific Time 8-5 pm PT
  • A minimum internet connection speed of 5mbps.
  • A computer processor of i5 / Ryzen 3 and above for Windows users; i3 and above for Mac users.
  • A minimum system requirement of 8GB of RAM and 256GB of memory.
  • A strong understanding and creative use of AI and software tools.
  • A strong desire for continuous learning and improvement
  • A can-do attitude.
