Job Title: Corporate Education Coordinator
We are seeking a detail-oriented Corporate Education Coordinator to support the development and delivery of training programs for our employees. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills and experience in coordinating training events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the development and delivery of training programs
- Support the design and development of training content
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and up-to-date
- Perform administrative tasks such as monitoring costs and scheduling training
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in education, business, marketing, or a related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in training development or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
