Architectural Drafter Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Drafter to join our team.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed architectural drawings and specifications using Revit. This includes preparing high-quality construction detailing and spec sheets, collaborating with architects, engineers, and project teams to guarantee design accuracy and feasibility, and updating and revising drawings based on feedback and design changes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create detailed architectural drawings and specifications using Revit
  • Prepare high-quality construction detailing and spec sheets
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams to guarantee design accuracy and feasibility
  • Update and revise drawings based on feedback and design changes
  • Verify that all drawings comply with project requirements, industry standards, and building codes
  • Maintain and organize project documentation for seamless access and reference
  • Conduct quality checks on all drafting work to ensure precision and compliance with design intent

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architectural Drafting, Architecture, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of professional experience using Revit for drafting and detailing
  • Extensive experience in construction detailing and preparing spec sheets
  • Proficiency in Revit and other drafting tools such as AutoCAD
  • Strong understanding of architectural design and construction processes
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of building codes, standards, and construction practices
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with project teams

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with project management software for tracking design progress
  • Familiarity with sustainable design and green building practices
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
