Senior Graphic Designer

We are seeking a skilled Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of designing high-converting ad creatives and be passionate about combining visual impact with commercial results.

The role will involve collaborating with the Art Director and design team to concept, execute, and iterate ad designs. You will also be responsible for applying performance data to continuously improve your creative output, staying up-to-date with trends in design and digital marketing, and supporting internal brand development through presentations, pitch decks, and reports.

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with our Art Director, internal design and strategy teams, and directly with clients to create high-performing paid social assets and support broader brand and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design high-performing ad creatives for D2C eCommerce brands
  • Collaborate with the Art Director and design team
  • Apply performance data to continuously improve creative output
  • Stay up-to-date with trends in design and digital marketing
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably with a focus on ad creatives and performance marketing
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Figma
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating digital ad work and performance-driven design
  • Excellent communication skills - you can confidently present ideas and interpret briefs
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects to tight deadlines
  • High attention to detail and pride in delivering polished work
  • Fluent English proficiency (written and spoken)
