Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Creative Visual Design Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating high-quality visual content that aligns with our brand standards.

About the Role

You will work closely with our Learning Directors, Learning Managers, Instructional Designers, and Design Managers to produce visual content of the highest standard. Your primary focus will be on designing engaging project materials using a range of tools from Adobe Photoshop to traditional print software.

Your Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and create concept statics (storyboards/sample layouts) using various design tools.
  • Develop dynamic and engaging project materials that are creative, high-quality, and align with brand standards.
  • Take written content and produce strong creative graphic ideas/solutions for various media formats.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in visual content across projects.
  • Manage time effectively to balance multiple concurrent projects and deadlines.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in a relevant field.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your visual design skills.
  • High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Broad knowledge of designing for e-learning industry tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and idea-generation skills.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
  • Knowledge of the e-learning industry is a plus.
