Job Title: Lead DevOps/Cloud EngineerOverview:

This leadership role requires an expert in cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines to maintain, evolve, and implement Kubernetes clusters, Terraform-based infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments, monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions. The ideal candidate has experience managing teams and providing technical guidance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain infrastructure using Terraform, architect and design Kubernetes clusters across multiple environments
  • Implement and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for reliable deployments
  • Establish security best practices and compliance across cloud resources
  • Optimize cloud resource utilization for performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency
  • Design disaster recovery and high availability solutions for critical services
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in DevOps or Cloud Engineering with at least 2 years in a leadership role, managing teams and guiding junior engineers
  • Proficient in top tools such as AWS, Terraform, and Docker
  • Understanding of networking concepts and implementation in cloud environments
  • Strong expertise in Kubernetes administration, deployment, and troubleshooting
  • Experience implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines
  • Deep knowledge of container technologies (Docker)
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash) for automation
  • Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and observability solutions
  • Experience with security best practices and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication skills in English for explaining complex infrastructure concepts
  • Demonstrated proficiency with preferred development environment (Mac or Linux)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with GitOps methodologies and tools, authentication services like Auth0
  • Database management and optimization in cloud environments, familiarity with serverless architectures and technologies
