
High-Quality Client Relationship Specialist Wanted

We're seeking an experienced Remote Client Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for handling incoming leads, guiding them through the early stages, and building strong, lasting relationships.
This is a critical, client-facing role where your communication, professionalism, and intelligence will directly represent our company's quality and professionalism. You will be the first impression of our company to potential clients, and an ongoing point of contact once they partner with us.
About the RoleConduct structured discovery calls with inbound leads to understand their hiring needs and present our services confidently, asking the right questions and tailoring solutions accordingly.
Guide clients through every step: from calibration to candidate shortlisting and onboarding, maintaining communication during the sourcing phase, and managing follow-ups after candidate presentations.
Become the primary account manager once roles are closed, owning client satisfaction and retention, and proactively identify upsell and expansion opportunities across existing accounts.
Handle administrative tasks including NDAs, contracts, and service agreements, and build and manage your own pipeline of leads and clients through consistent outreach and follow-up.
RequirementsWe're looking for someone with exceptional communication skills, fluent in English both written and spoken, who possesses a professional presence, calm under pressure, clear, and trustworthy.
A university degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred, along with tech-savviness and business acumen to quickly grasp different industries and roles.
Educational background:
- At least 1-2 years of previous experience in staffing, recruitment, or outsourcing, preferably in a client-facing role.
Key qualifications include skilled conduct of discovery/introduction calls, management of client accounts, proven success in managing the full client journey, ability to nurture B2B relationships, and drive client satisfaction over time.
Bonus PointsExperience working with international clients, particularly in the US, UK, AUS, EU, or UAE would be beneficial, as well as familiarity with remote hiring models and roles such as executive assistants, developers, marketers, analysts, or accountants.
A background in a startup or high-growth environment would also be advantageous, alongside strong CRM and organizational skills.
