Job Description: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for guests and clients, handling their inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle guest calls, emails, and live chats to address their queries and resolve any issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide accurate information about hotel policies, amenities, and services to ensure a seamless experience for our guests
  • Upsell and cross-sell hotel services and packages to increase revenue and enhance guest satisfaction
  • Monitor and maintain high-quality customer service standards to ensure repeat business and positive word-of-mouth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve guest complaints and issues in a prompt and effective manner
  • Stay up-to-date with hotel operations, promotions, and events to provide informed responses to guest inquiries
  • Analyze guest feedback and suggestions to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and feedback to track trends and measure performance

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality, marketing, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests, colleagues, and management
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve complex issues and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with computer software, including MS Office and property management systems
