As a seasoned analytics professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving business performance by leading a team of offshore analysts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a distributed team to deliver high-quality insights and solutions that drive business results.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for resource allocation, workload distribution, and project timelines.
  • Collaborate with onshore stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and alignment of priorities.
Analytics Expertise
  • Design and implement data-driven solutions to address complex business problems.
  • Manage and analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Communicate insights and recommendations effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.
Leadership Qualities
  • Recruit, train, and develop talent to enhance team capabilities.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and accountability within the team.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with onshore leaders to ensure strategic alignment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of professional experience in analytics, data science, or business intelligence, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role.
  • 5+ years of experience using Circana, Nielsen, syndicated data in day-to-day work with Client brands.
  • Strong technical skills in Excel and PowerPoint; proficiency in Thinkcell desired.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities, with attention to detail and a proactive approach.
