Graphic Designer Position Overview

This Contract role involves contributing to various projects with diverse media requirements as an E-Learning Graphic Designer.

The ideal candidate will have strong design skills, proficiency in creating concepts for e-learning development tools, and excellent communication abilities to interact with clients and internal teams.

  • Conceptualizing and creating statics (storyboards/sample layouts) using Adobe products and traditional print software.
  • Developing dynamic project materials that are creative, high-quality, and align with brand standards and client expectations.
  • Taking written content and producing strong graphic ideas/solutions for various media.
  • Collaborating with Learning Directors, Instructional Designers, and Design Managers to produce visual content of a high standard.
  • Managing time effectively to balance multiple concurrent products and schedules.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Strong conceptual visual design skills.
  • High-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Broad knowledge of designing for the eLearning industry.
  • Strong problem-solving and idea-generation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
