Online Commerce Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven individual to support our e-commerce platform as an online commerce specialist.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Optimize product descriptions for clarity and conversion.
  • Maintain website accuracy by identifying and correcting errors or outdated information.
  • Manage product inventory levels to avoid stock issues.
  • Respond to customer reviews to maintain brand trust.
  • Update visual content including banners, landing pages, and product photos as needed.
  • Liaise with vendors for inventory management and order tracking.
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of e-commerce or related experience.
  • Proficiency in e-commerce tools.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive mindset and multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment.
