Key E-commerce Operations Role

Our company is seeking a results-driven E-commerce Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of our online storefronts. This position involves ensuring seamless customer experiences through effective inventory management, listing optimization, and exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Amazon Seller Central and related platforms.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accurate and SEO-optimized product listings across all platforms
  • Monitor and maintain stock levels, coordinating restocking and updates with the warehouse team
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, concerns, and reviews
  • Track store performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve sales and customer satisfaction
  • Oversee order processing, fulfillment coordination, and returns
Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of experience managing Amazon storefronts, including Seller Central
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with ability to manage and analyze data
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with tools such as Shopify, Monday.com, or similar platforms

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing other e-commerce platforms
  • Basic knowledge of graphic editing or product photography standards
