Job Title: Technical Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Consultant to join our team. As a Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical solutions to our clients, working closely with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and design suitable processes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consulting, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality technical solutions to clients, meeting or exceeding their expectations.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and design suitable processes.
• Analyze complex technical problems and develop creative solutions.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation to support best practice implementation.
• Collaborate with customers and 3rd parties to scope and build new solutions.
• Design and build reusable integration templates against Fourth's integration APIs.
• Integrate with third-party vendors via one of the available integration standards.
• Document and hand over completed integrations to Live Support representatives.
• Support live integrations.
• Diagnose potential defects and provide additional levels for triage for professional services.
• Deploy completed integrations to the production environment.
• Data integration, mapping, and transformation including XSLT.
• Data validation and error handling.

Requirements:

• Experience consulting with customers and solving problems through creative technical solutions.
• Analytical thinking and ability to quickly understand customer requirements and design suitable processes.
• Fluent in oral and written English; additional language skills will be an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and deliver to timelines.
• Focused, with a high attention to detail.
• You are analytical, logical, organized, and creative with problem-solving skills.
• You must be comfortable working in a team environment yet confident enough to achieve your results in an independent manner.
• Working with structured data (XML, JSON) and flat file formats (CSV).
• Familiarity with relational databases and SQL.
• High level of Excel knowledge.
• Simple Trade Experience.
