Job Opportunity: Senior Shopify Developer

This position involves creating custom Shopify themes, primarily selecting from the Shopify Theme Store. Preference is given to Enterprise or Impact themes. The role will also involve developing and implementing bespoke Shopify themes as needed, ensuring each client's vision is realized.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Theme customization and maintenance
    • Bespoke theme development
    • WordPress, PHP, and Laravel project integration
    • Collaboration with internal teams
    • Clear communication with team members in English
    • Third-party application and API integration
    • Performance optimization
    • SEO best practices implementation
    • Troubleshooting and resolving website issues promptly
    • Staying updated with industry trends and technologies
  • Requirements:
    • Strong experience in Shopify development
    • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid
    • Familiarity with PHP and Laravel frameworks
    • Experience with WordPress development (a plus)
    • Excellent English communication skills
    • Availability to work West Coast hours
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Familiarity with version control systems like Git
    • Understanding of SEO principles and best practices
    • Ability to integrate third-party services and APIs
    • Skill in creating mobile-friendly designs
