Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned ABAP expert to lead our team.

This individual will be responsible for steering and motivating the team to implement our company's strategy and values.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Become aware of company objectives and respect them by acting on them.
  • Ensure team members follow company policies and guidelines.
  • Provide a stimulating atmosphere that generates high engagement levels among team members.
  • Develop individualized career development plans for direct reports.
  • Communicate important company information to team members.
  • Define objectives with Management and team members and monitor performance through evaluations.
  • Ensure succession planning within the department.
  • Complete team appraisals.
  • Participate in recruitment and contribute to the retention strategy.
Key Qualifications
  • Minimum 8 years of ABAP experience.
  • Graduate degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • HCM Experience preferred.
  • S4/HANA Experience/Certification an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of ABAP, ABAP OO programming, and debugging techniques.
  • Extensive technical and functional knowledge of HR applications, processes, and services.
  • Motivation and desire for improvement.
  • Commitment to excellence.
  • Ability to explain technical information clearly.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of business.
  • Team working and team management experience.
  • Good project management skills.
