Job Title: Mental Health Professional Recruiter

We are expanding our mental health service provider network in Asia and seeking a skilled professional to drive this initiative. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a difference in people's lives by recruiting and matching qualified mental health professionals with clients who need their services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the expansion of our mental health service provider network in Asia, leveraging your recruitment expertise to source high-quality professionals.
  • Recruit and onboard mental health professionals to offer ad hoc psychological support to clients, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
  • Assess clients' needs and match them with appropriate providers using our proprietary database, optimizing the client-provider experience.
  • Maintain accurate applicant information in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Provider database, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
  • Respond promptly to provider inquiries within defined turnaround times, fostering strong relationships with our partners.
  • Distribute provider guidelines and application materials to external affiliates/providers during recruitment, facilitating a smooth onboarding process.
  • Review provider applications and supporting documentation for thoroughness, upholding the highest standards of quality.
  • Uphold strict confidentiality of clients' information, maintaining trust and credibility in all interactions.
  • Effectively communicate provider information to hiring managers, ensuring timely decision-making and efficient service delivery.
  • Proactively manage caseloads to ensure efficient service delivery, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet business objectives.
Requirements:
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, with a proven track record of success.
  • Good English communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Experience with recruiting non-local candidates, adapting to diverse cultural and linguistic contexts.
  • Experience in database management of candidates, utilizing technology to streamline recruitment processes.
  • Experience in a growing startup environment, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic settings.
  • Ability to start immediately, bringing energy and enthusiasm to this critical role.
