Home Healthcare Liaison

We are seeking an experienced Patient Experience Coordinator to join our team at Home Healthlink. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive patient experience and driving service awareness and sales.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective strategies to engage patients and families, promoting our company's offerings and increasing patient satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Clinical Team to coordinate in-home healthcare services, ensuring seamless delivery and billing processes.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and professional/community organizations to generate patient referrals.
- Implement sales and business development initiatives to achieve individual and team sales targets, while maintaining a patient-centered approach.
- Work closely with the marketing team to design and implement campaigns that increase patient acquisition and retention.
- Education: Graduate of Commerce, Marketing, Health Sciences, or related field.
- Work experience: Minimum 1 year experience as Admin or Sales Representative in the Healthcare Industry.
- Empathy & Compassion: Ability to connect with patients while balancing business needs.
- Sales & Persuasion Skills: Ability to identify patient needs and promote relevant services.
- Strong Communication Skills: Clear verbal and written communication to convey information effectively.
- Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking: Ability to anticipate patient concerns and offer solutions.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Tech-Savviness: Comfortable using CRM systems, electronic medical records (EMR), and Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
- Cultural Competency: Sensitivity to diverse backgrounds and health beliefs.
