Job Overview

This pivotal role ensures the stability and dependability of large-scale blockchain infrastructure.

You will oversee the deployment, optimization, and troubleshooting of complex Web3 issues to drive automation and improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the deployment and testing of blockchain networks for high reliability and performance.
  • Troubleshoot intricate Web3 problems, including JSON-RPC debugging and blockchain log analysis.
  • Develop and maintain monitoring solutions to detect anomalies and performance bottlenecks.
  • Define service-level objectives (SLOs) and agreements (SLAs) for reliable system operations.
  • Implement automation solutions with Terraform, Ansible, and Kubernetes to streamline deployments and optimize infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to expedite issue resolution and knowledge sharing.
  • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to address critical incidents and maintain uninterrupted service delivery.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Technical Operations or related fields.
  • Strong background in Linux/Unix system administration with advanced troubleshooting skills.
  • Proven expertise managing Web3 infrastructures, including node operations and RPC services.
  • Hands-on experience with infrastructure automation, containerization, and cloud environments.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Go, or JavaScript.
  • Advanced use of monitoring tools like Grafana and DataDog for operational insights.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical teams.
  • Self-starter with curiosity, initiative, and adaptability to thrive in dynamic Web3 environments.
