Job Title: Store Cashier

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Store Cashier to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Collect payments from customers using basic math functions, ensuring accuracy in calculations.
  • Operate various equipment such as registers, scanners, scales, and credit/debit card terminals with ease.
  • Maintain the cash register balance by generating reports for credit and debit sales, identifying discrepancies, and resolving them promptly.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by accepting payments accurately, handling exchanges and refunds efficiently, and maintaining a clean and organized checkout area.
Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in Business or any related field is preferred but not required.
  • Candidates must have sufficient background in cashiering and preferably possess experience working with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
  • Ability to provide quality customer service and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
  • Trustworthiness, attention to detail, and ability to work with minimal supervision are essential qualities for this role.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail environment is highly valued.
  • Average communication and people skills are necessary for effective collaboration with colleagues and customers alike.
  • Basic computer literacy is expected, and willingness to learn new skills is a plus.
  • The ideal candidate is willing to work in San Antonio Nueva Ecija and adapt to changing circumstances.
