Key Responsibilities:- Manage the referral process, processing incoming and outgoing referrals and prior authorizations.
- Work closely with hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities to ensure accurate and efficient communication.
- Provide effective triage and care coordination, utilizing your knowledge of ICD-9 and CPT codes to inform decisions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex cases and improve health outcomes.
- H.S. Diploma or equivalent required.
- 1+ year of customer service experience analyzing and solving customer problems.
- Limited work experience.
- Ability to type and talk simultaneously, navigating multiple screens with ease.
This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
