Are you a marketing and product enthusiast seeking to make a difference? We have an exciting opportunity for a Product Marketing Assistant role where you will support our marketing initiatives and drive product growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies across digital channels to promote products and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and sales to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Audit and test product websites to identify, document, and resolve bugs and issues.
  • Manage and update website content through CMS platforms.
  • Suggest and implement improvements to website usability and user experience.
  • Support the customer service team by updating processes, content, and QA documentation.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
  • A keen interest in digital marketing, with a strong desire to learn and develop new skills.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and the use of digital resources (CMS, Jira, Confluence).
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
