As part of the Operations team, you will be involved in various tasks such as root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and implementing solutions to optimize processes and improve productivity.
Job Role:
The Mega FM Workforce Management & Planning Supervisor plays a vital role in the smooth operation of our sorting facilities. They oversee and coordinate the planning and operational activities, ensuring that everything runs efficiently and effectively.
This role involves managing workflow, ensuring safety standards are met, and working closely with team members to achieve organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily sorting operations to ensure timely and accurate processing of items.
- Coordinate with other teams to implement effective operational policies and procedures.
- Monitor and adjust workflow to maintain efficiency and meet performance targets.
- Prepare performance evaluations and conduct coaching sessions on a regular basis.
- Analyze and coordinate with the Manpower Management team for proper allocation of agency personnel.
