Job Overview
Shopee Xpress is a leading logistics provider in the Philippines, and we are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating supplies and inventory management across all PH locations, working closely with the Shopee Procurement team to source, develop, and evaluate procurement requirements. You will also oversee contract implementation and supplier performance, facilitating strategic resource planning sessions with key internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate supplies and inventory management for Shopee Xpress across all PH locations
  • Responsible for managing, identifying and coordinating any services, purchases and/or other requirements from the Shopee Xpress team
  • Work with the Shopee Procurement team to source, develop, evaluate, and forecast procurement requirements
  • Oversee contract implementation and supplier performance/interaction
  • Facilitate and lead strategic resource planning sessions with key internal stakeholders
  • Develop, track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
  • Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company
  • Expect unfavourable events through analysis of data and prepare control strategies
  • Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements
  • Control spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs
