  • Providing timely and effective support to exhibitors, addressing their queries and concerns
  • Ensuring exhibitors complete their dashboards and profiles using Atlas
  • Utilizing Salesforce to lodge activities associated with each exhibitor outreach and schedule succeeding touchpoints

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in customer-facing roles
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Mandarin
