As a key member of our Guarantees and Syndications Unit, you will play a crucial role in mobilizing financing for our non-sovereign and sovereign clients through ADB guarantees or unfunded risk transfers.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Mobilize private capital through risk transfers or guarantees by identifying, structuring, and executing risk transfers involving ADB's non-sovereign and sovereign clients.
  • Lead and contribute to promoting the innovative application of risk sharing structures and arrangements for more effective resource mobilization and market development.
  • Buid relationships with major risk transfer counterparties, including commercial insurers, banks, and the commercial arms of multilateral and bilateral agencies.
  • Develop strategies to increase awareness of risk transfer and guarantee opportunities among other financing parties and ADB staff.
