About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Social Media Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for owning and executing Bodily's organic social media presence and influencer marketing program.

Job Description:

This is a full-time contractor role structured as a monthly retainer. You'll lead our content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging platforms—creating content yourself, engaging our audience, and building partnerships with influencers and experts.

You'll need to be a self-starter who moves fast, adapts quickly, and thrives in both the creative and analytical sides of social. You're not just an executor—you're a sharp thinker who brings ideas to the table, tests them with intention, and iterates based on what works. You understand how to communicate clearly, create efficiently, and make decisions rooted in data and insight.

  • Owning strategy and execution across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and other organic channels
  • Developing and managing a rolling content calendar that supports brand and business priorities
  • Conceptualizing, writing, shooting, and editing content—including short-form video and original graphics
  • Writing clear, engaging, and on-brand copy that brings our voice and content pillars to life
  • Responding to comments and mentions; engaging with aligned brands and creators to build community
  • Tracking performance and reporting regularly; using insights to inform what's next
Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and engaging influencers and creators aligned with our brand and mission
  • Negotiating mutually beneficial terms, starting with product seeding and growing into paid collaborations
