This is a part-time ongoing work assignment that involves an immediate review and rectification of past financial records for a U.S.-based organization, emphasizing precision and speed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reconstruct monthly Profit & Loss statements for the past 2 years
  • Reconcile all accounts for accuracy
  • Generate reports for legal counsel, including Profit & Loss Statements, 941 Payroll Tax Summary, Texas Sales Tax Liability Reports, and Balance Sheets
  • E nsure compliance with U.S. accounting standards and tax requirements
  • Work efficiently to meet strict deadlines
  • Maintain responsive communication throughout the project

The ideal candidate will have advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online, experience with U.S.-based companies, and a deep understanding of U.S. tax structure, especially Texas Sales Tax and IRS Form 941.
