Product Development Opportunity

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the entire product development process from initial concept to commercial viability.

This is a remote position that offers the flexibility to work independently and collaboratively with other functions to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and develop innovative product ideas that meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and consumer preferences.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate specifications, costs, MOQs, lead times, and order requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including product designers, legal, compliance, and quality assurance teams.
  • Manage project timelines, coordinate with marketing teams, and ensure accurate costs and MOQs.
  • Review launch performance, track success metrics, share learnings, and implement improvements.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in product development, preferably within the baby, kids, or toys categories.
  • 1-2 years of project management experience.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines.
  • Good understanding of Western consumer markets (US & Europe).
  • Experience dealing with suppliers in and out of China.
