Job Overview

As a key member of our international finance operations team, we seek an expert Global Compliance Accountant to ensure seamless financial compliance across multiple global entities.

  • Own the preparation, review, and coordination of local statutory financial statements for international subsidiaries in collaboration with third-party accounting firms.
  • Ensure timely filing of financial statements and other statutory reports in accordance with local laws and deadlines.
  • Partner with internal teams to maintain full compliance with regulatory requirements while aligning with U.S. GAAP standards.
  • Support statutory audits, including documentation gathering, auditor inquiries, and resolution of findings.
  • Act as primary liaison with local finance teams and external providers to streamline financial compliance operations.
  • Maintain a comprehensive compliance calendar and execute statutory deliverables globally.
  • Research evolving regulatory requirements and recommend process updates to ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Assist with transfer pricing documentation, legal entity rationalization, and international finance projects as needed.
