Job Title: Pricing Officer

  • Key Responsibilities:
    1. Conduct revenue analysis and reporting, generating sales reports such as daily sales dashboards, monthly sales reports, detailed sales variance analyses, and sales & gross margin analyses.
    2. Generate special purpose reports including TM concrete sales, volume & margin reports, TM industry sales & margin reports, cross-selling reports, and key project management reports.
    3. Drive data collation and synthesis of budgeting, forecasting, and forward-looking revenue & margin projections such as sales bridges, 12-month rolling forecasts, annual sales budgeting files, and seasonal sales projections exercises.
    4. Perform analytical calculations to derive conclusions on revenue and margin trends and behaviors in relation to customers, products, volumes, segments, sections, and other data slices.
    5. Interact and coordinate with sales & marketing groups for insights on relevant reports and guidance on budgeting, forecasting, and analysis templates.
    6. Pricing Generation and Maintenance: Facilitate annual pricing review exercises by collating financial data, gathering inputs from sales & marketing groups, costing & inventory officers, and providing working templates for pricing decision-making.
    7. Manage end-to-end pricing requests for accuracy, timeliness, and completeness, generating control and monitoring pricing reports, maintaining pricing records, and updating databases of competitors' equivalent products and prices.
    8. Provide insights and feedback to pricing committees on pricing suggestions, issues, improvements, and competitiveness.
    9. Ensure adherence to the Quality and Environmental Management System, operating standards, and company policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Highly advanced use of Microsoft Excel, strong analytical and logical skills, ability to work under pressure, communicate well at all levels, and possess a proven track record in multinational settings.
