Sales Growth Specialist

Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:- Client Engagement: Meet with potential and current clients to understand their needs and recommend products/services.

- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets through prospecting, networking, and following up with leads.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Customer Support: Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and customer preferences.
- Reporting: Track sales progress and report regularly to management, adjusting strategies as necessary.
- Negotiation & Closing: Handle negotiations and close deals, ensuring agreements align with both customer needs and company goals.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not always required).
- Experience: Proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
