Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our team of software engineers. As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of new features and ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

You will work closely with our product managers to define project goals and objectives, and collaborate with our engineering teams to identify and prioritize key initiatives. You will also be responsible for mentoring and developing junior engineers, and providing guidance and support as needed.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from developing new features to improving existing ones. You will also be responsible for identifying and mitigating technical risks, and collaborating with other teams to ensure that our solutions are scalable and maintainable.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering or a related field
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving strategic initiatives
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g. Git)
  • Strong understanding of software design patterns and principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
