Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned ERP Systems Developer to join our innovative team. As a pivotal member, you will play a key role in maintaining and optimizing our ERP ecosystem, enhancing the platform for over 300 active users.

This position is ideal for someone with strong technical expertise, a solid understanding of business processes, and the ability to evolve with our long-term digital strategy.

About the Role
  • Maintain, refactor, and enhance existing customizations and workflow automations, focusing on the Project Management module.
  • Develop new functionality using SuiteScript 2.x (Suitelets, Client Scripts, User Events, Map/Reduce, etc.).
  • Administer the platform (roles, forms, permissions, saved searches, dashboards).
  • Review legacy configurations and develop clear documentation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process issues and implement system solutions.
  • Develop data integrations with other platforms using RESTlets or middleware solutions.
  • Support testing, deployment, and post-release maintenance of system changes.
Required Skills & Experience
  • More than 2 years of hands-on experience in NetSuite administration and configuration.
  • Proficient in SuiteScript 2.0/2.1 development with proven results.
  • Excellent English communication skills – verbal and written.
  • Solid understanding of service or consulting business processes from a systems perspective.
  • Ability to create comprehensive documentation.
  • Experience with data integrations between NetSuite and third-party platforms.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable working remotely or cross-functionally.
  • Familiarity with SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF), Git, or CI/CD tools.
  • Ability to mentor and communicate clearly.
