About this Role

We're seeking exceptional communicators with experience in data operations, data science, or AI research who are passionate about leading our key AI projects This is a long-term, fully remote role.

As a Project Manager, you'll oversee project execution, coordinate remotely with clients, stakeholders, and workers, and collaborate with fellow leaders to continuously improve our product offering and processes.

What You'll Do:

  • Identify customer business goals & needs.

  • Set up, oversee, and coordinate project execution to successful completion.

  • Communicate transparently with peers and stakeholders regarding progress, challenges, and blockers.

  • Evaluate and ensure customer satisfaction and growth of customer accounts.

  • Engage in community activities & required meetings.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • An excellent command of English language.

  • Customer-facing communication skills.

  • 3+ years of project management experience.

  • Familiarity with excel/spreadsheet functions and data analysis.

  • Ideal background in computer science or technical field.

  • Available Pacific Time 8-5 pm PT.

  • A minimum internet connection speed of 5mbps.

  • A computer processor of i5 / Ryzen 3 and above for Windows users; i3 and above for Mac users.

  • A minimum system requirement of 8GB of RAM and 256GB of memory.

  • A strong understanding and creative use of AI and software tools.

  • A strong desire for continuous learning and improvement.

  • A can-do attitude.

  • Full-time role.
