About the Role">

As a Junior React Engineer, you will be responsible for investigating and troubleshooting user-reported issues related to our AI development platform.

Additionally, you will provide technical support to users building full-stack applications using React frontend and Python/FastAPI backend.

Key responsibilities include reproducing bugs, analyzing stack traces, identifying possible root causes, and communicating solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical users.

This role is ideal for someone with 1+ year of experience in React.js development and strong problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and troubleshoot user-reported issues.
  • Provide technical support to users building full-stack applications.
  • Reproduce bugs, analyze stack traces, and identify possible root causes.
  • Communicate solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical users.
Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience with React.js in a modern JavaScript/TypeScript development environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Good communication skills; English level B2 or higher.
  • Ability to work night shifts and occasional holidays (on rotation).
  • Willingness to visit office in emergency situations (very rare).
  • Comfortable using tools like Git, terminal, browser dev tools, etc.
