SEO Specialist Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled SEO specialist to join our team. As an SEO specialist, you will be responsible for improving search rankings, growing organic traffic, and managing SEO across WordPress and Webflow websites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to enhance search visibility.
  • Optimize on-page elements such as titles, meta tags, and internal linking to ensure maximum SEO efficiency.
  • Conduct technical SEO audits and rectify issues affecting site performance to guarantee seamless user experience.
  • Build high-quality backlinks through ethical and white-hat methods to reinforce online reputation.
  • Manage and optimize websites built on WordPress and Webflow to ensure they meet the highest standards of SEO best practices.
  • Monitor and track SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs to provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with content and development teams to ensure alignment with SEO best practices and deliver exceptional results.
Required Skills:

Our ideal candidate must possess a combination of strong technical skills and business acumen. The following skills are essential:

  • At least 3+ years of SEO experience, including technical and on-page optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress and Webflow website management.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Screaming Frog to analyze and improve website performance.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and website structure to ensure seamless integration with design and development teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex SEO challenges.
