Graphic Design & Video Production Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to support our graphic design and video production needs. This role primarily involves working with existing templates to produce marketing materials and efficiently edit videos for various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Template Customization: Customize and edit pre-designed templates for marketing materials, social media posts, flyers, and presentations.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure brand consistency across all materials by following established design guidelines.
  • Visual Content Creation: Resize and optimize graphics for different digital and print platforms.
  • Asset Management: Organize and maintain a structured library of templates and digital assets.
  • Video Editing (Optional): Perform basic video editing such as trimming, adding text overlays, transitions, and background music.
  • Content Optimization: Optimize videos for social media, training materials, and promotional content.
  • Platform Adaptation: Format videos for multiple platforms, including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Canva with experience editing and modifying templates is required.

Brief video editing experience using tools like CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro is also necessary.

Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment is crucial.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured workflows is essential.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills are necessary.

A stable internet connection with minimum 150 Mbps download/upload speed is required.
