Job Overview

The European Finance team supports the company's financial growth and success by providing accurate and timely financial information. As a key member of this team, you will work closely with the finance director to analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights that drive business decisions.

This role is responsible for reviewing business cases submitted by initiative owners to ensure accuracy and completeness. You will communicate with initiative owners to track actuals and KPI/milestone progress, support forecasting, budgeting, and risk assessment for initiatives, create variance analysis reports on a monthly or weekly basis, and contribute to financial activities such as accounting close and reporting process.

You will also improve the quality, efficiency, and value of financial information produced via financial tools and automation, and support integration financial aspects and ad hoc activities.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in financial analysis, accounting, or similar field.
Preferred Requirements
  • Business partnering experience.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
