Marketing Project Manager Role

We're seeking an experienced Marketing Project Manager to lead cross-functional project coordination, reporting, and process optimization. This role is pivotal in driving operational efficiency across marketing initiatives, facilitating team meetings, managing budgets, and supporting reporting tools.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate highly efficient and effective weekly team meetings to drive alignment and ensure tasks are completed on time.
  • Outline key trends, insights, and supplier impacts from weekly business results to inform strategic decisions.
  • Manage NPS surveys and facilitation to ensure stakeholder satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Drive budgeting end-to-end process improvements to optimize resource allocation and enhance productivity.
  • Support BWE buildout and week-over-week tracking and insights to provide actionable data-driven recommendations.
  • Collaborate with division and department leads in project management needs to foster a culture of collaboration and shared success.
Requirements:
  • High sense of urgency/responsiveness to meet deadlines and deliver results.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills to convey complex ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Establishes trust across various internal stakeholders through professionalism, integrity, and follow-through.
  • Strong organizational skills and experience managing processes end-to-end to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, OneNote, and PowerPoint, to create engaging presentations and reports.
  • Self-starter and coach in learning processes and systems as they evolve to stay ahead of the curve.

This is a remote position requiring candidates to have a dedicated work-from-home setup.
