Job Description:
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for monitoring, reviewing, and proposing measures to correct or improve the creative quality of customer requests.
The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, and excellent communication skills. They will be responsible for scrutinizing customer requests efficiently, maintaining high productivity, and examining customer concerns from a quality perspective.
The successful candidate will adhere to established quality control procedures, collaborate with the quality team, and generate weekly reports pinpointing areas for improvement.
