About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development squad, you will be responsible for crafting innovative solutions and optimizing existing codebase across the Microsoft stack.

Job Responsibilities
  • Create new features and functionality using C#, MVC, SQL, and Azure.
  • Maintain and enhance the stability and performance of our existing codebase.
  • Identify and troubleshoot technical issues and production bugs.
  • Collaborate closely with our founder/CTO on product priorities and architecture.
  • Contribute to occasional UI tasks using Bootstrap, JavaScript, and jQuery.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience as a full-stack developer in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong expertise in the Microsoft stack: C#, ASP.NET MVC, SQL Server, and Azure.
  • Familiarity with front-end basics: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap.
  • Ability to investigate and resolve bugs independently across application logic and database layers.
  • Excellent communication and written English skills – able to ask clarifying questions and document logic.
  • Comfortable working closely with a founder/CTO in a startup-style environment.

  • $2500-$3100/month salary based on experience.
  • Annual bonus up to 150% of monthly salary, including $500 bonus at 90-days.
