  • Purchase office supplies/equipment and flag major item purchases for endorsement and approval of the Director to ensure compliance with university policies.
  • Prepare a summary of provisional receipts for submission to the Central Accounting Office to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Provide logistical support to faculty members and attend to classroom requirements to create a conducive learning environment.
  • Support in setting up and conducting minor troubleshooting of technology and equipment required for classes, especially those related to online and flex modalities of teaching and learning.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 3 years of work experience in corporate or educational setting
